My lectures are usually presented within a workshop or class. A lecture is a one or two-hour informational presentation and talk. I am available for keynote presentations or stand-alone lectures. My lectures inspire people to be who they are, listen to their inner knowing, act on it, and live authentic and healthy lives. I am passionate about inspiring, educating, and empowering people who want to learn how to create vibrant health, live passionately, and experience whole and loving family dynamics.
